Warranties and Guarantees

Every product sold by The Bed Store is backed by a manufacturer's warranty against any defective workmanship or materials for a period of time determined by the manufacturer. This period of time will consist of a guarantee period and/or a warranty period.

If a claim is raised within the guarantee period there will be no cost to the customer for repairing or replacing.

The guarantee or warranty period commences on the date of purchase.

In the event of having to make a claim contact us by phone or email. Please allow for up to two weeks for evaluation of your claim which may include an inspection of your goods.


Delivery Policy

We deliver or arrange deivery to most towns in the North Island.  Delivery charges are set out in our Online Shopping section. Please contact us if you are uncertain about delivery options and/or costs to your town.

You will be contacted within 48 hours of your online purchase (or the next business day) to confirm a delivery day and time.  If you require urgent delivery, please email or phone us once you have made the online purchase.

The Bed Store strives to arrange delivery within 1 - 5 working days, depending on where you are, but in some instances delivery may take longer.


Service Excellence

The Bed Store is committed to service excellence. If you are not getting the service you deserve, please contact us so we can investigate any issues you are experiencing and correct them.


Returning a Purchase

The Bed Store respects consumer rights. We would like to make your customer experience as pleasant as possible.

Please note that we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particuar purchase so please choose carefully.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Garantees Act to provide a remedy.

Pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are non-refundable and cannot be returned once the original seal has been opened.

If you are entitled to a refund the money will be paid back into the account you used to make the purchase and will take 10 days to reflect in your account.

The Bed Store values our clients and respects consumer rights and as such ensures that all our policies are compliant with the Consumer Guarantees Act and will go out of our way to ensure your satisfaction with our goods.



The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
