Penzan Single Mattress and Base

The Mattress:

Mattresses that feel soft don’t always provide the support your spine needs, leading to back and leg pain. Some people prefer a firm mattress that keeps your spine aligned, with a comfort layer to cushion bony areas like shoulders and hips. Our Penzan mattress fits that description perfectly. It’s firm, but not too firm

The Penzan utilises a pocket spring system that allow springs to operate independently. This means better cushioning, no roll-together and less partner disturbance.

To ensure it feels comfortable, the Penzance mattress is topped by a foam layer that is fully secured around the perimeter of the mattress to create a ‘tight top’. When a comfort layer is tight like this, there’s less chance the mattress will develop body indents as the months go by.

The Base:

Choose from 1) a ready made NZ made base - just screw on the bed legs; or 2) a base in a box - easy to assemble and great if access to the room is limited.
